The event that is to occur in 2012 will be "claimed" as an apocalyptic event in the church of Scientology. As the date approaches, prominent Scientologists will experience a crisis of faith and come to the point of possibly leaving the church to begin their own off-shoot religion. If they succeed, there will be a "cult" culture in the making.
